I've been a bit discouraged with my training for the 1/2 Marathon and I needed to see if I could even run 13.1 miles.
Things I learned:
I'm glad I took the time to find my good socks before leaving. No blisters today! : )
I really should take water with me, even if it is heavy.
I think I need to find a supplement to support my joints.
I CAN DO IT!!!
WAY TO GO SISTA! The farthest I ran before my 1/2 was 10 miles. How long did it take you?
ReplyDeleteIt took me 2hrs and 31mins. That's an 11 min mile. Which I'm ok with.
ReplyDeleteI just got a bunch of supplements for my joints so we'll see if I can pick up the pace.
